UNYAN Strategic Planning: Member Feedback Sought

The Board of Directors is looking at the future of our association.  Over the last several months, the board has been working on a Strategic Plan that would guide the association to a successful future.  We are now seeking input and comments on the draft plan from our membership.  Please review and send your thoughts and comments to the UNYAN Office at info@unyan.net.  All feedback will be compiled and shared with the Board as they finalize and approve the plan.  This is your association—and your feedback matters to us!

ImmuNYze, an initiative launched by the County Health Officials of New York (NYSACHO), is a campaign dedicated toward heightening New Yorker's awareness about the need to immunize throughout life—from infancy to our senior years. The goal is to unite patients, parents and providers around this important issue, and offer reliable, scientific-based information on vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases. The campaign strives to provide up-to-date, accessible information about adult and child immunizations with the goal of increasing vaccination rates throughout the state.

Please visit their website (http://www.immunyze.org) for more information on the importance of vaccinations, and how they can be acquired.
